The event’s culinary museum was inspired by the museum at Barbados’ Mt Gay Rum Factory (pictured), where visitors learn about the Caribbean’s oldest documented rum producers.

Within the walls of our Culinary Museum, you learn about the history of foods from different island cultures. You’ll see artifacts from around the region and learn about their cultural relevance.

In our Culinary Theater, actors in costume dramatize how food played a part in changing the course of history for several of the Caribbean’s populations.
